Phenomenal. This was our very first time visiting My son got the walleye with mash potatoes and asparagus, and I ordered the grilled salmon with mash potatoes with roasted brussell sprouts…the salmon was devine, the sprouts crispy and just the perfect sweet and saltiness. Our waiter Keyan (sp?) was amazing and one step ahead every time. We will definitely be coming back!
service was amazing! rolls were good but I’ve had better in Little Rock. Calamari app was great. The main problem was going out and spending $200 on dinner and having a box fan right beside you. They claim the AC guy had been out and they have new units but it was 80 degrees in the restaurant and they had about 5 fans scattered across the dining area.
Food was ok (although calamari had only 4 sticks of squid, lol wth) but the service and atmosphere was not worth the price. Fans were everywhere and they were loud. Our menus were flying because of the fan. When I made the reservation, I told them this is wedding anniversary dinner but no service was provided. (Arthur’s statehouse celebrated my birthday). We didn’t even have a server, only bartender stopped by occasionally.. I will never go back.
We continue our tradition of having our birthday dinners here. The atmosphere is quiet and roomy. There is plenty of variety on the menu. I came for sushi and went for a lobster sushi roll. It was over the top - decadent really but quite good and had an actual taste of lobster in tempura. We also had the grill mussels. The sauce was a little overpowering but the dish was good. The shrimp scampi was very well done. It’s nice to have such a reliable restaurant nearby and not have to drive into the city. Well done!
One of mine and the wife’s favorite spots to sit at the bar early evening and get some good dinner and drinks. I literally get the same thing every time. The fried catfish is some of the best around. Strawberry cake is delicious as well.
Beautiful restaurant and great food. We had shrimp and grits and risotto with scallops and shrimp. The service was great.

I had something as simple as chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, and green beans. I can confidently say that not one thing on my plate was touched with seasoning. Even after trying to add salt and pepper to everything it still didn’t even come close to tasting seasoned. The only things I found tasting at least decent was the bread that came with the salad and the lemonade. No i didn’t eat the salad either it looked like i made it at home. I would honestly go across the street to Slim Chickens they’re better and cost less. Y’all have potential though the chicken tender size was decent just get some seasoning flying back there in the kitchen.
Maybe I just expect more for the price. I had the ocean basket. The fish was good the shrimp was amazing. The oysters and the french fries were terrible. I will say that there cocktail sauce was very good but tartar the felt like it was from the grocery store. I think I probably should have got fresher fish and maybe it was a poor choice for restaurant but at 50.00 a person before tip it was not much better long John silvers.
